Profile

I work on the consultant side of ELV and ICT delivery: reviewing what the contractor proposes, checking it against the IFC package and the specification, and holding the line on quality until the system is tested, integrated and handed over.

That covers fire alarm and voice evacuation, BMS with BACnet integration, guest room management, access control, CCTV and IP surveillance, public address, structured cabling and fibre backbone, data centre and telecom room infrastructure, IPTV and IP network architecture.

Day to day it means shop drawing review, material approval requests, method statements and ITPs, witnessing FAT and SAT, and enforcing quality through SOR, NCR, RFI and FCR. Alongside that I lead ELV and ICT engineers on site, report progress and KPIs to the client and PMC, and mentor Saudi national engineers in support of Saudization targets.
